• 各放一滴在你左右手的拇指與食指，然後將左手拇指與食指放在你的尾骨，右手的拇指食指放在你的頭後方，第一頸椎處。

• Take one drop under the tongue.

• Lead the essence from your base chakra up to your lotus chakra.

• Apply 2 drops on your thumbs and index fingers. Then place your left thumb and index finger on your tailbone and the right thumb and index finger at the back of your head (atlas).
